When you think about Salsa/Bachata dancing, we all think about steps, especially when we just start our dance journey, but it is not only that. Salsa/Bachata is much more. It all comes down to it's music and how we feel our Body wants to move to it. Salsa music has a particular structure (that is where our Basic comes from) as well as different rhythms (on2, Cuban) and as an Intermediate dancer it is good to understand the differences between them and use that knowledge whenever you start traveling or attending local events and dancing with people with different dance backgrounds.
