Elegance and grace simply means 'FEELING' the movement! Other words - having a level of confidence and self-esteem in our own movement which flows with ease and IS full of femininity. It is not about what we do really or when we do it in the music, elegance means only HOW we do it, what emotion we put into movement, what energy we express it with!
